I love the beaches in Palawan for snorkeling, the beautiful perfect cone of Mayon Volcano, the uniqueness of Chocolate Hills, and swimming with the whale sharks in Cebu. Definitely, the destination for vacation especially the beaches in Palawan, Bohol, Subic Bay, and other places in the Philippines! Philippines Episode 6: A fantastic road trip with motorcycle from our resort in Alona Beach to Chocolate Hills. With slight humor, our adventure starts from the airplane leaving Manila to the road of interesting places like Baclayon Church with their Birthangel sign, eating kalamay in a coconut shell, cruising on the Loboc River with buffet and traditional folk dance, the Hanging Bridge, Man Made Forest in Bilar, Tarsier Conservation Area and the coconut store, a shiphouse, and lastly the Chocolate Hills around sunset time. Journey to Legazpi and Masbate, Philippines Episode 21

Philippines Episode 26. My nieces and nephew invited me to their short vacation to Masbate with their relatives. We drove from my hometown Unisan to Legazpi City to meet them at Proxy Hotel. From Legazpi, we drove to Pilar to take a ferry to Masbate City. We had fun at the Beatriz Rafaela Resort in Masbate with banana ride boat, socializing, dancing, and relaxing at the beach. We bought some dried fish at Masbate Dried Fish Market. We visited my niece's house in Pilar, and went to the seaside for buko (young coconut), and grilled seafood. Finally, John and I climbed up to the Quitinday Hills and Nature Park where you can see the Mayon Volcano and their hills are almost like the Chocolate Hills of Bohol.
